Industry Shadowing Programs

Our industry shadowing placement programs help students narrow their interests and discover their personal passions. They emerge with a better understanding of their strengths, more awareness of potential career opportunities, and a stronger sense of what they would like to pursue as a college major. We partner with cutting-edge companies to place students in unpaid internship positions related to: technology, finance, business, social science, education, the arts, and more.

In each role, student can expect to:

Work on real projects and assignments under the supervision of a mentor
Attend workshops, trainings, and other professional development activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Provide support to the department and team as needed
